Send the check along with your name, the name of your organization, your mailing address, telephone number and email address to:

We'll send you a perusal script and score immediately.

You'll have 30 days to look over the material.

When you return the script and score in good condition, we'll send you a check to reimburse you for your deposit, minus our cost for the initial shipping (usually around $10.00).
